About these terms
These terms govern your use of the NeuroAxis website (neuroaxis-adhd.com) and our clinical assessment services. By booking an assessment or using this website, you agree to these terms. NeuroAxis Ltd is registered in England and Wales.
Our services
NeuroAxis provides private ADHD diagnostic assessments for adults aged 18–65 and children aged 6–17. Our assessments are conducted by NMC-registered specialist nurse prescribers and follow NICE guidelines NG87. We do not provide emergency services — if you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call 111, or attend your nearest A&E.
Booking and payment
Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna Pay Later. Prices are as stated on our pricing page at the time of booking and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing — changes will not apply to confirmed bookings.
Cancellation policy
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact info@neuroaxis-adhd.com as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
Clinical outcomes
An ADHD assessment results in a clinical opinion based on the information available at the time. Receiving an assessment does not guarantee a diagnosis of ADHD. Our clinicians will reach the conclusion supported by the clinical evidence. The written report is the opinion of the assessing clinician and should not replace ongoing medical advice from your GP or other healthcare provider.
Limitation of liability
NeuroAxis is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you in connection with any assessment shall not exceed the fee paid for that assessment. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Complaints
We take all complaints seriously. Please email info@neuroaxis-adhd.com in the first instance. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 20 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the relevant professional regulatory body.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
