We collect information you provide when booking an assessment, completing pre-assessment questionnaires, using our contact form, or using our AI chat assistant. This may include your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and health information relevant to your assessment. We also collect standard website analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) via cookies, subject to your consent.
How we use your data
We use your data to: deliver your ADHD assessment and produce your clinical report; communicate with you about appointments and results; respond to your enquiries; improve our services; and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations as a healthcare provider.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of: contractual necessity (to deliver the service you have booked); legitimate interests (to respond to enquiries, improve our services); explicit consent (for marketing communications and non-essential cookies); and legal obligation (regulatory compliance as a healthcare provider).
Data sharing
We share data with: our clinical technology partners (Semble, for appointment management); payment processors (Stripe, for secure payment); and cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel). We do not sell your data. We do not share your health information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Clinical records are retained for a minimum of 8 years in line with NHS and professional standards. Contact enquiry data is retained for 2 years. Website analytics data is retained for 26 months.
Your rights
