The NeuroAxis AI chat assistant is powered by Claude (Anthropic). It is designed to answer general questions about our services. It is not a clinician and cannot provide medical advice, diagnoses or clinical recommendations.
About the NeuroAxis AI assistant
Our website includes an AI-powered chat assistant designed to help visitors with general questions about our services, pricing, and the assessment process. The assistant is powered by Claude, a large language model developed by Anthropic. It operates within a defined scope and is not a substitute for clinical advice.
What the AI assistant can do
The assistant can: answer general questions about ADHD assessments and our services; explain our pricing and process; describe what to expect from an assessment; help you decide whether to book or take the free screener; and direct you to the appropriate contact for further help.
What the AI assistant cannot do
The assistant cannot and will not: provide a clinical assessment or diagnosis of ADHD; offer medical advice or recommend specific medications; access your personal health records; make booking decisions on your behalf. If you ask clinical questions, the assistant will always direct you to a qualified clinician.
Data and the AI assistant
Conversations are processed via Anthropic's Claude API. Messages are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing in real time. We do not store the content of your chat conversations on our own systems beyond the active session. Please do not share sensitive personal or clinical information in the chat.
Accuracy and limitations
While we configure the assistant to be accurate and helpful, AI systems can occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete responses. Information provided by the assistant should not be taken as authoritative clinical guidance. Always verify important information with a qualified clinician or contact us at info@neuroaxis-adhd.com.
Website usage
By using this website you agree that: you will use the site for lawful purposes only; you will not attempt to misuse or disrupt the AI assistant; you will not input sensitive clinical data into the chat; and you understand the AI assistant is not a clinician.
Website data collection
This website collects anonymised analytics data subject to your cookie consent. We collect standard web server logs. This data is used to improve the website and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
